Now that's dedication.
Haha the starting point was only about a 45 minute drive. Didn't have time to go the whole 65 miles.

Re: Video Game "Look what I found"
I will be surprised to know people out there "enjoy" playing the Jaguar system , I would say its mostly a collector item.
Beatnix , did you add your finds to your Sales thread?

For most people, it's a Tempest 2000 box. They only use it to play Tempest 2000 and nothing else.

I would love an Atari Jaguar + CD.
I (sort of) have a long-term goal of obtaining a complete Atari hardware collection - I have my eye on an 8-bit system next. The ST will probably be the trickiest and most expensive to obtain.

A local game store recently acquired a complete Jaguar, a complete Jaguar CD, and a stack (i.e., 20+) of complete cart and CD games. The store has very good prices, but I am confident that the Jaguar sollection will cost a small fortune. That said...it was still really cool to see those items in person.

Why didn't you buy mine when I had it for sale? I think I ended up shipping it to Australia.

.....The original Rayman..... Jaguar had the best version, even over the CD based versions.

There is an ST for sale in my neck of the woods for a LONG time. PM me if you're interested, maybe we can work something out. I'd be down to help out a fellow gamer.
Re: Video Game "Look what I found"
The guy who sold me Ecco Jr. from a few pages back also gave me an R-Type Master System cart for free because he couldn't get it to work. I said I'll take it and that I pride myself on being able to get carts working. He scoffed and said 'so do I'. I had to remove the board from its shell but its currently running! A game I've been wanting for a while too, so pretty good for free!
I also recently found Super Mario World for the GBA and Super Mario Deluxe for the GBC, $3.00 and $4.00 respectively (op shop) and they have been getting a lot of play.
