This actually seems like a really good idea. The only other "retro" gaming magazine is published in England so getting a printed copies costs you a arm and a leg.
A new game from Cyan, the makers of Myst, Riven, URU etc. I am incredibly excited for this project since I know they have the capacity to create enthralling and intriguing worlds that encourage you to explore as well as provide puzzles that are not plagued by common adventure games i.e. no item hunting and pixel searching.

Awesome, I think you and I are like-minded on this stuff. I meant to post this yesterday and didn't get around to it. Looks great!
Let strength be granted, so the world might be mended...so the world might be mended.

Awwww thank ya Stark! I am definitely gonna try and plunk down the cash for the boxed version of this. I will be paying for the art of Cyan alone to get more clues into the Myst universe, which I obsess over far too much. I can not even begin to explain how crazy in depth they made D'ni... it is literally Tolkien in nature, so any new title, in that universe or not, will definitely have some amazing details.

So, what if I told you about a squad-based tactical isometric horror RPG in which you are a delivery boy? Would you be interested in blastinc away zombies to make sure somebody gets their copy of Playboy on time?
It also looks like the game is already funded, but there are some interesting stretch goals, like body modification and destructable environments. Check it out.
Not gonna lie... I am very happy that FMV games are finding a home on kickstarter. You have this and the new Tex Murphy game that make it worthwhile ALONE!
