sega saturn v3 modchip help

hello. i'm trying to install a v3 universal modchip into a model 1 saturn. I installed it but backup games aren't working. Original games are working. Does this mean that there is something wrong with my backups or could it still be a problem the chip installation? thanks.

Please look for one of the many other threads about Saturn burns and mod chip installs. They're all going to pretty much contain the same advice.

ok i got it figured out. cleaned the lens and used taiyo yuden cds and it works.
