Well, that's just Bobinator's opinion, man.

The extra stages are nice and all, but still don't make it a "better" port for me - in the same way the extra dungeons in the GBA port of FFVI don't make that version of the game superior.

That said, every console version of Lost Vikings is good. The only ports I would advise people to avoid are PC and Amiga (mainly due to awkward control schemes - though I suppose you could use Joy2Key) - a bit of a moot point, as I doubt anyone here would be inclined to play those versions anyway.

I would play the PC version if Blizzard released it free on Battle.net like they just did for Blackthorne.

Not rare at all. I Have No Mouth was recently $2 on Steam and is $6 on Gog every day of the week. Physical release will be much more expensive - $60+

The physical release is only $32 if you order it straight from Harlan Ellison's website. That's how I got the game, and I got a free copy of the book!

I've only played a bit but it seems like a faithful port. Most significantly, it includes the original music that the IBM/DOS version never had!
The biggest downside is that the SMS version is missing the fancy map/books that came with the computer versions, so you might want to get those of GOG if nothing else.

It was a little hard getting to this point, but I really love this year's schedule.

I'm lukewarm on Lost Vikings and Space Harrier, but I'm really interested in all the games. I didn't care or even knew what MULE was, but the more I read about it the more intrigued I am.

I'm glad some folks are happy with the calendar. I'm pretty happy with about half of it. But I feel like I'll at least try all of them, so that's promising.

PSO, Ikaruga and Ultima are the games that have me most pumped. They're also going to be the most time consuming games though.
