What was the last movie you've seen?

I am not saying its a bad movie, I am saying it took over the minds of many people. They are still imagining fighting with the light swords. When you compare to many other "mythos" like LOTR, Harry Potter, Matrix...etc none has affected the culture as strong as Star Wars and I still wonder why...

@Luke

Who is that in the gif? Is he Carlton Banks from Fresh Prince? In ever knew he acted other than that sitcom

stop while you're ahead.

also, I find the lack of Star Wars watchers on here disturbing. I mean, my four year old knows all the major characters just from playing Angry Birds and loves all things related to the films. The force is strong in him, and if it isn't strong in you then you must have terrible parents and friends.

I loved THE CROW, the soundtrack, and even owned a Crow T-shirt when I was in high school. You could say that the movie was my ishh. I watched it again a few months ago and was let down. It is a very silly high school angst movie that tries too hard to be dark. I mean really...If you don't find this absurdly hilarioussomething is wrong with you. It's like Hot Topic, the movie (I still love the soundtrack though).

I've seen STAR WARS so many time I can tell you how many exhaust ports identify a garbage chute in a star destroyer. It's a classic because it is classic. When it comes to story telling, it doesn't get much better than the original trilogy. Everything is there, and done well.

He was ricky schroder's best friend in 80's sitcom silver spoons. Also was a pretty good break dancer.

Despite her attestations of bravery, my four-year old girl hid during a recent showing of Shrek's Spooky Stories. (According to her, "It wasn't that scary. I only had to hide a little bit." :lol: ) As a result, we think that Star Wars might still be a little too exciting for her.

.....

We do plan to watch it soon, however.

Is that the one where the gingerbread man gets attacked by the gingerbread lady that is a bit too attached and falls into a cookie machine and it makes tons of copies of her? If so, I was a little freaked out myself. :oops:
