This is out of topic, but I had many arguments with people about Microsoft software. Many people would say that they are very reliable, in my own experience using Microsoft software is really a pain. Its usually a very capable product, but its a very hard to use product. It just does not give you the peace of mind. 360 software was good though, no issues . In fact, I like it more than the PS3's GUI.Stark wrote:You should be surprised, they're a software company and they do an insane amount of user testing. It's not a mess, as I'm sure people on here could tell you if they weren't under NDA.RCBH928 wrote:Learning from past Microsoft software and Microsoft hardware, I will not be very surprised if this is true. The only product from Microsoft that I was very pleased about was their mouse , I also think they had good keyboards.

Re: Xbox One
Unlike the PS4, the Xbox One is now confirmed to support audio CDs and media servers. But it DOES NOT play mp3s directly. Has to be streamed from another Windows device, from what I am hearing. Not 100% what I want to hear but a definite improvement over the PS4 in media playback.
Still no word on video file playback from Sony or Microsoft. MP4? AVI? Likely not MKV, but that'd be nice.

I want to play this game with a fight stick, but I don't want to shell out $200. Anyone know if existing sticks will work on the One, if it takes USB-based sticks, if there will be a cheaper option, etc.? Right now I have a dongle that allows me to attach an HRAP2 (PS2) to the Xbox 360. I'd love to think that could still work on the One...

Re: Xbox One
I thought I had heard that existing 360 controllers of any variety would not work. If this is the case I'll try to wait for QanBa to make a XB1/PS4/PC stick like their current 360/PS3/PC stick. Not sure if I have the will to wait though.

Re: Xbox One
Or, to put it slightly better, PS3 and Xbox 360 fight sticks use a USB connector, but the 360 requires the stick to also send an encrypted signal to say "I'm an official 360 controller".

Re: Xbox One
The game doesn't look very good to me, but I enjoyed the trailer.

I wonder if we can expect amazing 720p playback of our HD files, and true Stereo sound from our audio CD's? LOL.
