I'm not sure what that's showing, but I get antsy when I live in the red part of a graph that looks like that.

I actually thought this was a projected map for Fukushima leftovers.

It's a map the Chinese military released on state media showing strike points for their nuclear arsenal in the mainland US and projected fallout. Effectively, China has declared that they will target our major population centers as opposed to military targets in the hopes that reducing our population by as much as a third and damaging us with fallout will keep us from fighting.

Interestingly enough, they don't seem at all interested in hitting some of our most important nuclear launch zones, R&D facilities, or training facilities. They expect to break us by mass murder of civilians.

If I planned an all out attack on the USA the last people I would leave unharmed would be people from the deep South. Legend has it that they will rise again.

It's all bullshit scare tactics if you ask me, but of course I could be wrong. Warheads Shwarheads, it's an economic war we need to be concerned about. Forced life insurance could be mandatory in a few decades.

I also dislike where the red area is located.

Of course it is. It's the Chinese military playing themselves up for propaganda purposes. Now that a new premier is in charge, his power has to be asserted, and the best way to do it is to assert the power of the armed forces. It likely won't go on to the extent of North Korea, but expect similarities.
