But imo extra content > slightly better textures.
The Wii version has all that content and still keeps all the visual effects and such that the Gamecube one had. If they were going to use anything as a basis for an HD upgrade, it should've been that one.

Yeah, I dont know why they didn't take the Wii version. It was the best of both worlds literally.
