The Arcades I was checking out in the store the other day only come with 256mb. If they'd just offer the 20G HDD for $20 to anyone who wanted to buy one (such as for an Arcade unit) that would be quite a good thing. Also, from what I've read, the memory upgrade program will be giving out 512MB cards for free but the 20GB HDDs will be $20 to those that qualify.
