Issues after YloD on 60 GB PS3

I'm not too concerned with the PS3 itself, I can get a new refurbished one.. What I am concerned with is the JP PSN account tied to it.. I recently bought BlazBlue CP and I basically used a fake email with the account since they don't check for it.. Well I forgot what the email info was.. I figured I could call sony and ask what the email is tied to the PSN since I do know the password ans PSN ID, or I could try to get some 3rd party repair shop to repair the PS3 so I can get the info off my HDD.. Are there any additional options? I won't try a hairdryer trick because I doubt it works and the heatgun trick requires you to open up the PS3.. I am fairly confident I could repair it myself, as I have the tools but I don't want to through with the effort and possibly messing it up.. I figured this was too trivial to do such, as I only want the info from my JP account..

I think you can sign in to your PSN account on Sony's website somewhere. Maybe from there you can check what the email was?

Is there a way I can sign into the JP account using the PSN ID and not the email? Any way possible?

Quick update.. I was able to get the fat started long enough to quickly jot down the JP email.. LOL!!
