After messing around with Metal Gear 2, I got a little tired of trying to config a good controller setting, and opted to switch games.

I've started The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. Probably one of the most famous games I've never played (I think I played it for like 3 minutes in the 90s when I first discovered emulating).

It's ok so far, only about an hour in, maybe 40 minutes. The original Legend of Zelda I thought started off better, and seemed to handle better in terms of combat. I'll likely continue playing this.

Rise of the Argonauts on PC. A WRPG based on Greek mythology. I figured it would play like a "clicky" D&D or Diablo game, but it's more like a console-style action RPG. It feels tailor-made for the Xbox 360 Windows controller, which I don't own. But I dig it so far.

Oh my god, that is legitimately one of the worst games I have ever played. I don't say that lightly, I really mean out of the hundreds of games I've played, I can't think of many worse than Rise of the Argonauts. Who knows though, maybe you'll enjoy some aspect of it.

Super Mario Galaxy on Wii.I've already beaten the game with Mario and collected 120 stars, now i'm trying to do the same with Luigi.

Played some PuLiRuLa this morning. Right off the bat, very nice graphics, large sprites, interesting color pallete.

First two stages are, "Oh, this game is pretty fun, seems neat"

Stage 3 is, "Wh... what the.... why is that lady spinning sideway OH GOD GIANT FACE... okay guess I can start the level now. WTF giant toungue licking, weird japanese guy blowing smoke at me. What is happening"

Was so distracted by the WTF of level 3 that I lost all my lives.
