I kind of feel like since I've been spending more time on Steam that I generally like the "social aspect" of Steam more than Raptr. I mean, I can easily see which games my friends have, check out their screenshots, can IM buddies and see who's playing what, etc.

Obviously that doesn't help for 360/PS3 stuff, but...

When I play a game, it becomes my world and I love that, so I dislike that popups jump out to remind me that it is only a game.

They also tend to have cheeky names that detract from any seriousness the game may have had.

I have also been raised to view all manner of popups as my natural enemy that must be vanquished.

Also, I feel like every time a video game tells me I "achieved" something, it is just being subtly sarcastic about how much I didn't accomplish today.
