Also I've never understood the achievement pop-ups "ruining" the experience notion. Maybe if it paused the game or had to be manually shut out or something, but no, it's just a tiny window that makes a ding noise in the corner of the screen for 2 seconds. I really fail to see the problem.

I've actually had the trophy pop-up get in the way of my screen during really action-heavy games. It doesn't happen a lot but it has happened frequently enough that I'm glad we can finally turn the notifications off.

although it doesn't auto-track Nintendo consoles, you can still manually update those games if you want. (Gamerforlife is playing Fire Emblem Awakening).

Yeah, you can put the number of hours you've played (but only up to six on any given day), which will keep the game showing in your profile as the most recent thing you've played.

I've probably put more hours into the game than that, but I don't always remember to update my time lol.

Really confuses me how it labels you though. I barely played Forge for like an hour and it has me labeled as "Dedicated" (The third possible rank) Yet I played through all of Tomb Raider on 360, spent probably about 11 hours on it and got almost half the achievements, but they label me as "Amateur" at it. :/


EDIT: Also it says I'm the #2 best player at TF2? Okay, I'm just confused.

Raptr's tracking is really crap. It still shows my last game played as Bulletstorm, which I haven't played in two weeks and isn't showing any gaming activity I've done during those two weeks, including a bunch of new trophies I've since gotten in Puppeteer. I've have it rescan for PSN trophies a dozen times. I even tried some stupid PSN id verification process they had and it didn't work. This site is not run very well, and I refuse to use that stupid app of theirs for something that the site itself is supposed to do.

Playfire, which I haven't visited in ages, has a completely up to date record of all my gaming activity since the day I signed up, which I think was one or two years ago. And they don't pester me to download some stupid desktop app.

yeah I've noticed that Raptr isn't always up to date. It's weird.

Funny you brought up PlayFire as I saw them advertised on GMG and was wondering if it was any good. Maybe I'll check it out.

Just joined myself, same username as here. It says I'm the #2 player of The Orange Box on the 360. Either it's wrong, or there aren't too many users on the site who have spent a lot of time playing that game.
