You should pick it up at GS. They're having a B2G1 deal. I think it's $10.

I preferred the original TBH. 2 started getting a bit repetitive towards the end with some of the monsters you have to fight, and had less of that awesome comic book feel to it.

I agree with this as well. Although I like some of the morality choices you have to make towards the end. Both worth playing though.

I just finished up playing Sleeping Dogs and am dialing it back for a more casual gaming experience, so I fired up Cognition: An Erica Reed Thriller, an old-school-style point-and-click adventure game with Jane Jensen's name attached to working on the story.

I'm well into Act 1 and find the puzzles to be very well laid out and easy to grasp. No mundane item hunting, holding and using at the end of the game (curse you duck inner tube in Longest Journey). You can definitely get a Gabriel Knight vibe to the game and I found that series to be incredibly fulfilling so big thanks to Stark for gifting me the game! I can not express my gratitude enough!

Took some time out of my Tom Clancy-Gamecube game revue to go back to Simpsons Hit & Run because the save file was over a year old. Tons of unlockables in each stage, but to have the option that shows you the level completion just makes you want to get EVERYTHING. It's a great take on a GTA-style game and of course it's just like the show and it's probably a game that didn't get as much attention as Road Rage, but it's great.

Been juggling a couple games recently. Currently my main two are Dead Island and Dragon Age Origins.

Dead Island has been going pretty well had a friend partner up with me for Co-op so we have been blazing through it. This is actually my second play through since last time I played a little after the game launched I got about 50% of the way in and my save file corrupted :P.

Dragon Age Origins has also been going pretty well it was in the same boat as Dead Island with me only making it about 50% of the way before I gave up. I am starting to loose interest again though. The game pacing as well as the squad management just turn me off :P. I enjoy the story and characters but I feel like I have to baby sit my AI companions especially at their early stages due to the the stupid level based limits on the AI tactics system :P. Plus the enemy AI is hilariously bad at times :P. Recently I have been exploiting the enemies stupidity by kiting entire swarms of mobs and then running in circles right outside of their range while my equally bright companions pick of the stragglers lol. At least this way my companions are not bleeding my stock of health potions dry :P.

I really hated the fact that you had to fight enemies in order to get to the next mission. Did they change that in the second? I only played the 1st mission a while back.
