Much like F-Zero GX, I take it?

The campaign for codmw2 is pretty dog gone sweet. Good story, great action, incredible environments. The ending is memorable and it was hard for me to put the controller down.

Battle Clash and Metal Combat are very "Ninendo-y", which is a good thing. I'm glad I held on to my super scope.

Did you do the second game on Metal Combat with the ST Tornado that can store 10 energy charges?

The whaaa?

No, I most certainly did not. I'll replay it tonight.

The Battle Clash games have really silly stories but are still fantastic games. The sound in stereo is excellent, the scope is dead on target, and the bosses designs and weaknesses makes the game seem like a Super Punch Out!!! the Shooter.

I really wish Nintendo had ported its Zapper and Super Scope games to the Wii. It is very difficult to play those games on a modern television, and it would have been a lot of playing those games with the Wiimote. A budget-priced compilation disc with Barker Bill's Trick Shooting, Duck Hunt, Gumshoe, Hogan's Alley, To The Earth, Wild Gunman, Battle Clash, Metal Combat, Super Scope 6, Tin Star, and Yoshi's Safari would have been an instant purchase for me. Oh well...

On XBox 360.

I already pretty much put my thoughts on the game here in the Now Playing thread:

http://www.racketboy.com/forum/viewtopi ... start=1520

Just wanted to say that after such an incredibly awesome game, what a crap ending! I can't believe that.
It felt like they just got lazy at the end and wrapped it all up by killing everyone.
