I'd all but forgotten about this franchise up until now. Should be fun! Though it's probably still another two years away, maybe more... Still, looking forward to it.

Seems to me that you can summon vehicles now, or something like that. The train and boat both had a sort of magical immaterial look to them. Not sure how I feel about that wibbly wobbly camera though.

The gameplay looks identical to the last 10 - 15 entries in the series. I really hope that something new is in the works.

The game is in alpha so I'm not bothered by the visuals - but significant gameplay changes are usually not implemented after this point and this looks like a retread of the rest of the series.

A game about the power of imagination and possibility...and yet it doesn't seem to go anywhere unless you consider incoherent plotlines to be innovative.

I don't if we can consider this actual gameplay... i mean they just started the game and this could be just a set up to look like a gameplay...

Either way this is gonna change in 2 years when they show something more, it is a PS4 game now but this alpha stage really really really really looks posible for a PS3.

I love the KH series but I am not thrilled w/ all the spinoffs its had. I am mostly only interested in the direct story/plot which is really only found in KH, and KH2. I own the import Final Mix releases of both games and love them to death. Just finished KH 2 FM and got the special video and such. I hope KH 3 lives up to the those 2 games story, gameplay etc wise. I dont have any new systems(360/Ps3/wii or wii u) and sadly I dont want a PS4, Xbox one either, but when KH3 comes out i'll be forced to get whichever console it releases for(prob. ps4).

Here's to hope for a great game. I think if they implement a vehicle mode that will be a bad idea and will hurt the gameplay. But thats just one mans feelings/opinions. Graphically, I think it looks insanely good. Like...WOW! HOLY SHIT! etc.. But maybe thats because I still dont have or care to have a PS3/360/wii/wii u.

Anyway...we will see how the game comes out.

Chain of memories and dream drop distance are cannon on the story, if you dont play them in order you won't have any idea of what is going on.

I dont get why make it sound like a spin off but make it part of the principal story, WTF squeenix?!

I would love to see commercials for this game after it comes out airing on a Sunday night on ABC during an episode of Once Upon a Time. It would fit since Once is a family friendly show heavily influenced by classic Disney movies. It's the closest TV equivalent to what the Kingdom Hearts games are
