2012's Together Retro had Command & Conquer (RTS). Wouldn't it be better for sake of diversity to choose a turn based strategy game (Master of Orion 2) rather than another real time strategy game (Starcraft/Warcraft)?
Is there any particular reason to choose castle of the Winds over NetHack? I haven't played that one myself so I don't know. I think it'd be better to choose a more well known title before delving into more obscure titles in an already obscure genre, that hasn't been covered before. NetHack is such an important game, yet many people aren't even aware of it. I guess it's up to votes, but NetHack is the more important title in the genre.

On the previous page, Deus Ex had one more vote than Blood and Longest Journey and Phantasmagoria were tied. Now with BoringSupreez's votes Deus Ex has 1 more vote and Longest Journey, Gabriel Knight and Phantasmagoria are all tied with 4 votes, so how come you chose those two?

As for PC only stuff - no, not everyone games on a PC. I don't, I know jmbarnes101 doesn't, and a few others who can speak up for themselves if they like.
And not every one games on consoles. Does that mean you shouldn't be able to nominate games that are only available on consoles? Weren't you the one who nominated Red Earth/Warzard (a nomination I personally support)? That's an arcade exclusive, which means either playing it on a PC (emulator) or buying the arcade board:
Far more people own PCs (every one who posts on this forum) than own arcade cabs/consolized arcade machines. Even compared to consoles there's a lot less compatibility issues on PCs (ie there are dozens of different console platforms and not nearly all members own all of them, where as a modern PC can run 1980s and 1990 PC games).
Isn't the whole point of this club to present a diverse list of different games and make people play classics, hidden gems etc they normally wouldn't play and play games/genres that are outside their comfort zones?
