Mmm yea. Whether I want to keep my PS4 pre-order is going to be on my mind until launch. I guess I COULD try some of these series that seemingly don't interest me. I've never played Assassin's Creed before.

Definitely want to get the PS4 camera sometime, especially if it'll be compatible w/ my computer as a mic. I use the PS3 Eye mic w/ my computer when I play WoW. And for Child of Eden.

Yeah I have no interest in the camera or AC. I really dislike that series. It isn't terrible, but to me it could be so much more and falls short. So the tease of it being potentially awesome makes me like it less than I would.

I'm a fan of the PS Move.. Which I doubt will see much use on the PS4. So I figured I'd get the camera. Plus if the mic works w/ my computer and is even better than the PS3 version, I'll be pretty happy with that.

So what's left for PS4 launch? I don't think Killzone will be to my liking. The open world driving games interest me, and I haven't looked at the indie games but a few of those could be good. Still, buying a PS4 for a couple $10 indie games seems a bit ridiculous.

Now that Watchdogs is delayed, I only want a PS4 at launch so that I can get the free PS+ games during the months that I wait for it and Infamous to come out.

Yes, I realize that is dumb.

I may also be interested in Killzone:SF if I play through Killzone 2/3 before that time, which is unlikely.

I think that this launch lineup is pretty terrible. Honestly, I can't think of a much worse console launch lineup is a long time. No AAA titles from the console manufacturer (I don't believe Killzone is considered AAA, but I could be wrong), only one AAA title (AC IV), and mostly consisting of downloadable Indie titles. I also forgot about CoD, but I don't like those games.

Now, don't get me wrong, I'm excited as hell. But, with Watch Dog's being delayed for 6 months or longer, I'm really disheartened. It seems that all the great games on the PS4 won't come until spring or later of next year.

I have KZ and WD reserved and paid for and figured those two games would hold me over until the Spring time, when we start seeing some more great games for the system.

Meh, I don't know. I'm just a bit frustrated because I was really looking forward to Watch Dogs. Now, I'm cancelling my reserve and moving that money to Super Mario 3D World and will re-reserve WD once it gets closer to release.

I am excited about the F2P games like Planetside 2. I know this isn't a launch game, but it is awesome that you can play a high quality game like that for free.

I forgot about BF4. I guess I misspoke. But, the only ones on that list I would consider AAA are KZ, CoD, BF4, and AC IV. Sports games while are technically AAA due to their sales and development budget, I personally don't look at them as AAA games. Driveclub is a new franchise so I wouldn't conisder it AAA.

I guess what I consider AAA is "Best of the Best". CoD and BF IV are obviously that, as is Assassin's Creed. But, I don't know if people consider KZ in that group. As for sports games, I don't care about them same as with Skylanders. It may be fun, but it doesn't interest me.

Part of my frustration is that three of the release titles are shooters, and only one of those I am interested in (KZ). Two are sports games that I'm not interested in. I do want to play Driveclub. Then there is Skylanders which I neither like nor dislike. I've never tried it, but with having extra stuff to buy outside of the game, I automatically have dismissed it. And for AC IV, I have only played the first game so I dont' want to jump in this late into the series. So, Watchdogs was filling a gap that I thought the lineup had. It was a game that was fresh, new, and was going to have a long play time. Open world games tend to last a while for me.

I understand that the lineup is meant to appeal to a wide group of people and it does, but right now I am not one of those people. Which sucks because I already have my system, games, and an extra controller reserved. Now, I guess I will play KZ for about a week or however long it takes me to beat it, play MP until I get tired of being destroyed because I suck at MP, then wait until Spring when all the good games start to release.

I just checked a launch line up list and Knack is literally the only game that caught my interest. Even if that game is great, it's not 400 dollars great.
