So Component might be better than your experience, and I mean 480/576p forcing. Although I do wonder what forcing 16:9 on it would be like.
I imagine the Component would be at least incrementally better, yes. You gotta remember that these games weren't exactly programmed for large displays with RGB connections, so the difference may not be as noticeable with the GB Player as it will be with regular GCN games. I also have no experience with the 480/576 forcing, and THAT may be where the supposed stutter/weird scaling issues come from. Just fair warning before you drop the big money expecting awesome.
But from my experience, even in Composite, it took Circle of the Moon from nearly unplayable on a GBA (silly bastards forgetting how small and unlit the screen was for their dark Castlevania game!) to a very enjoyable experience. I love my GB Player, though I recently got a custom made one-off consolized GBA that I absolutely adore and have been using that more when the mood takes me to play GBA on the big screen.

I highly doubt he was using progressive forcing.
So, should I just use NGC's RGB SCART instead?
And does that consolized GBA ouput better than the GBP and the TV de Advance?
N64/NES/FC/SNES/SFC/GB (SGB)/GBC (Black)(SGB)/FDS/Satellaview/Genesis/Mega Drive/Master System & maybe N64DD/GBC/GBA.

I honestly don't know for sure.
I'll have to look at them side by side -- my gut feeling is that it outputs the same or slightly better in S-Video than the GBP does, though as I said I haven't seen the GBP in SCART or Component. As to TV de Advance, without hacking it's only in composite, and the box I have is S-Video so... yes. It was pretty pricey though, I bought it as a collection piece more than anything.

If you can do anything than thanks in advance! (No pun intended)

Yepyep. My house is kinda a wreck right now, but at the latest I got a week off end of the month, I'll fire them both up on one of my CRTs (the consolized gba has composite and s-video only, and my LCD has no s-video input, so no sense testing the 2 vs each other in composite I wouldn't think) and snap some pics. They'll be cell phone pics since that's all I've got, but should give a decent idea.
If you don't see a PM by Halloween, drop me a friendly reminder

The comparison between the consolized-GBA and GBP to be correct?
