Wow... Wii Music is not just bad...

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Wow... Wii Music is not just bad...

Post by Flak Beard »

It's an abomination...

You score your own performance in the game? Seriously?

The sad part is, it'll probably sell like nobody's business.

I will watch the review/video later, when I'm not at work.

Just like the Nintendo DS, the Wii is filled with software that isn't classified as video games. It might be better to see it in a broader scope of interactive software, rather than a video game.

Wii music may be terrible but to casual Wii crowd it will sell well. When talking about The quality of Wii games you have to realize that most Wii owners are non gamers and so for that reason they generally unaware if a game is going to be worth the money or not so it's due to the ignorance of the casual gaming mass that a lot of Wii titles are terrible games that use name brand labels to sell it an ignorant mass of consumers that keep buying games that are poorly made. What has happened to Nintendo releasing systems and games that average comsumer can trust that Nintendo has released a game worth paying the money for. Nintendo saved the Video game industry from companies that would release terrible games on their systems and now they become on of those companies.

Why can't they make a new Rez or Vib Ribbon? I'm absolutely not touching any of those finicky plasticky-peripheral-crazed games.. I can understand their appeal but come on some people think too much of themselves. I'll watch IGN's review and get back to you regarding Wii Music.

I could see it being good for kids, but that's about it. Totally different market than most rhythm games.

Yes, definitely geared towards the family get-togethers and children side of the market equation, at least I hope it is, as suggested by the music library it offers.

Rock music fans have it too good. Not enough variety for us lovers of other genres (for me disco, jazz, trance and new age)
