That is a ton of games. Nicely done! I've never seen those Wiimote Gamecube controller adapters before. How well do they work? I may gift some to my WiiU owning friends.
I don't honestly know yet. I'm actually thinking about getting rid of them. The Wii sits in the living room where the kids can use it so I'm not sure I really need the GCN adapters.

holy crap, thats a ton of games included with that, I cant imagine how it only sold for that much. The games alone FAR out weigh the price paid for the entire bundle, plus the crap load of extras included. And since you said you just got it set up, obviously the auction was legit.

Yes, yes it was. Believe me though, if there was any other way I could've gotten it for less, like at a store, yard sale, or flea market, I would've held out. But where I am, it's tough to rely on those kind of miracle deals, and since it was the last game I plan on buying for the SNES, I decided to drop the cash.
When I get down to brass tacks with my collection, I will probably have to do the same, and I completely understand why you did it...Fortunately, I still need plenty of cheap games, and if I pick up some good deals in the meantime, so much the better.
Yeah.... Someday I think I'll crack and drop $100+ on games like EVO, Harvest Moon, etc....

But in the meantime I'll continue to buy games I find for cheap. Actually, it seems like whenever I have a spare $100 or so I always tend to buy several cheap games vs. a single expensive one. More bang for your buck I guess.

Found Uniracers, complete in a nearly mint box with manual and map at a thrift shop today. $4.99.

I loved it as a kid. I'm pumped to have found it in such amazing shape.

Not sure if this belongs here, but I went to Target for a grocery run and saw these $1.00 pre-order cards for Pac Man: Ghostly Adventures. They come with a figurine and since I have a soft spot for Pac Man and at only $1.00 a piece, I had to buy em all.

It's not in my sale thread, but could I interest you in a Japanese Wind Waker guidebook?

my wife needed a couple Halloween decorations, so we hit up this thrift store. I found a handful of cheap PC games - Counter Strike Source, Tomb Raider 2 (sealed), Backyard Basketball, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire for $2 each.

Congrats on getting into collecting older PC Games. Tons of treasures to find with most on the shelves before all the online authentication requirement. By best PC finds were Neverhood and Grim Fandango. :)
