What Made you Smile/What Ticked you off Today?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Nope, I like down hill better. Means things were kinda tough, then you crested the hill, and now it is easy. Smooth sailing while it would work, just means things are going well.

Fair enough. Although, you could also say he went from rough waters to smooth sailing.

She'll probably be giving you hints too, something on her facebook page will probably say, "Met a really awesome guy...and he's not my boyfriend." Most likely you'll wrestle with, "Am I that guy? That'd be great, but...what if i'm not?"...more importantly, you'll also wrestle with the thought of being the guy to break up a perfectly good couple. Ultimately you'll post here to say you want a new muscle car and it's probably due to self-loathing over missing cues about a totally different girl who looked at you when you gave her the wrong change. Was she flirting and just making small talk...or did she in fact, give you a $10 and you gave change for a $5.

This won't end well. Night of, tell yr mom yr sick. It's for the best.
I'm past all that. I just assume the girls don't like me.

:( The game turned out to be a Jr. High game. No volleyball spandex watching for me.

Come to think of it, there might be something wrong with me.
Well, what kind of game system are we talking about here? If it's a Turbo/PCE Duo, AES, PC-88/98, FM Towns, or X68000, I'd side with you. Nintendo console, or Playstation/Xbox of some kind: I'll take the former. Maybe.

Although, if I were in a room with Aubrey Plaza, and an X68000, I'd go for Aubrey every time.
But what if it was a Sharp X-1 with the integrated PC Engine? What then?!

Which is different from "I'm busy for reason X, but how about next Tuesday?" which is the legitimate you managed to actually find a time she was busy but she's interested.
I fell for it for the 15 or so while adrenaline and endorphins were still pumping ~ and frankly I'm a bit socially dense. After that though I was like "Yeah, that actually didn't go well."

Oh well. Plenty of other fish in the barrel. Felt bad for a bit but feeling good now.

WHATEVS.
Try again sometime. Again, the worst she can say is no. If she does - and if she does not propose another time - just shrug it off and ask out someone else.

I don't know about the other forum members, but I am rooting for you!

I really don't post vids or get too carried away. However, my daughter showed me this one after work today. Absolutely stunning (takes about 4.5 minutes...)
