All the suggestions so far are solid. I haven't played any of the Mafia series, but I know some people love em'. La Noire, perhaps?

Yeah completely forgot about those LA Noire is great. The Mafia series is also good but there isn't a ton of stuff to do aside from the story missions.

I knew I was forgetting some. I know about Crackdown, Mercs, and definitely Dead Rising. I dunno if I can play Sleeping Dogs due to my parents beings strict. I'll check it out.
