Game Sack - The Sega 32X

The add on that many people love to hate. We show every game recorded from real hardware in RGB. So what do you think of the 32X? Do you swell with hatred when the thought enters your mind or do you do cartwheels because it makes you so happy?

Great video! I was an NES/SNES kid growing up, but I was a bit envious of the SegaCD/32x. At the time, I thought it was really cool how you could combine those add-ons to the Genesis to create some-sort of console Voltron.

Only thing I could add to that video is mention of how junky the actual 32x build quality is. I remember reading that the 32x went from an idea on a napkin to on the store shelves in under 11 months, and it shows in the design. I need to re-adjust the white ribbons in my 32x every few months to get games to boot successfully.

VIRT-YA Racing Deluxe is great, I must agree. Metal Head would have been better if the radar didn't stop working for no reason halfway through the stage. All the arcade ports look good too.

I've had to repair several that were just the ribbons needing to be reseated. They aren't the best that is for sure.

It might just be that the ribbon ends or the sockets are more susceptible to lightly corroding from moisture in the air. I had to reseat mine when I first obtained it and it is a swamp here.
