Watching House

Post by Gamerforlife »

I never cared for these ER clones, but this show is kind of cool. House is a very awesome character. He's smart, bold, cynical, brutally honest and a real maverick. He's also a total jerk, but that's what makes him who he is. If I could get away with saying the kind of things he says at my job. I seem to always like dark characters and he lives in a very dark place(not literally of course). He saves lives every day, yet seems to think so very little of humanity. Very ironic

I got tired of him after one episode. I get it. He's cranky, but clever. Enough already.

Bit ironic coming from you, heh.

I keep hearing about House, I think I'll download a episode or two sometime just so I can ignore everyone talking about it easier. Since then I'll know for sure it sucks.

With House, you either love the asshole humor, or you don't. And that'll make or break the show for you. I personally love his character, so I keep coming back week after week, even though the show is formulaic. I also think some of the medical stuff is really cool, which aids my enjoyment.

Hugh Laurie was better in Jeeves and Wooster. Just saying, you know?

Wait wait wait, you're saying a guy with a name like Hugh Laurie is actually British? But it's such an American name!

Yeah, it was really weird seeing him host SNL, since I only had seen him in House, and while I knew he was British, it doesn't really click until you see him doing his normal voice.

Leave me outta this.

The only way to deactivate the ray beam and fight back the vampire alien threat is with a complicated series of foot patterns on the device's control board that looks remarkably like a DDR pad. We will all praise this man for saving our lives and buy him a mountain of stuffed animals.
