It's two fold; VF was rushed on the SS & the 32X was actually pretty capable for the time.

As for the 32X CD games, the mentioned it - more colors & better FMV quality.

This only reminds me of the sad attempts by Sega to promote crap at the end of the Genesis' generation when they should have been focusing on the upcoming Saturn... 32X + SegaCD games shouldn't have ever existed.

Hey the nomad at least was a great idea. Just that it was too late and it was released among too many Sega consoles/addons/redesigns for people to notice it.

I have Supreme Warrior and I'm thinking it's better left unplayed. I'm sure I'll suck it up and endure a few minutes of it at some point though.

I can't help thinking that they could have made a few kick-ass 32XCD Shmups though:
(thinking about good times with Robo Aleste and Kolibri).

There were plans to release non-FMV CD32x games that never saw the light of day. The one I'm most dissapointed in not seeing ever finished is Shadows of Atlantis.

Supreme Warrior is one of the worst games that I've ever tried, I'd say leaving it unplayed is a safe bet.

Other than that, of the 6 games for the CD 32X (one of which only came out in Brazil, apparently), I can really only recommend Corpse Killer as a game. I don't hate Fahrenheit either, just because the idea behind the game (first-person perspective firefighting game) is much different than anything else I've ever tried. I can't really recommend Slam City, Supreme Warrior, or Surgical Strike for the most part (Haven't tried Night Trap yet).
