Yeah but almost all of those castles are in France. Who wants to live there when you can live in New York CCCITYYY

Being a castle owning recluse has always been a dream, of mine. Every time I visit the Biltmore Estate I wonder "Really? No arcade?".

This is funny since a buddy of mine keeps trying to convince his parents to sell their 2000 sq ft home in NYC and move to east Georgia where they can buy multiple thousands of acres. I sent him this and now they are thinking about moving to France...

The upkeep on the castles would be extremely expensive...but, that said, real estate prices in NYC are insane.

Heck. Upkeep on my home is expensive, and I don't have a moat or looming lava filled cauldrons . Yet. But after I pay my archers, it is ON.
