By the way, to see what others at other forums have posted, or to see a list of them, I've been keeping an updated list here (dead link now).

Yes, Contra and Super Contra on the 360 are arcade ports.BoneSnapDeez wrote:Contra is also on an Xbox 360 Konami collection disc - I'm assuming it's an arcade port?

It was released in 1988. I guess the licensing deal was still active. Again, it's a good port, lots of colors and the graphics are perfect, but that 2600 sound chip kills it.Flake wrote:I didn't even know there was a 7800 port. I guess I assumed that by that point, Nintendo already had a game plan for entering the home console market and had stopped licensing their IP.
Video here.
When you mention GBA Mario Bros., this is the version that's on all the Super Mario Advance games right? That's a pretty solid version.
It's the NES port, believe it or not. It also has Super C and all 3 NES Castlevania titles.BoneSnapDeez wrote:There's also a PC version released in 2002. I don't know if this is a new Windows version or a port of the crappy DOS game.
