Girlfriend made me a Zelda cake

Post by Reprise »

So last year I made this thread where I showed the Mega Drive II cake my girlfriend made me for my Birthday.

This year she has continued the trend of making a video game themed cake. I can't help showing it off, because she did such an amazing job :D

That is a pretty amazing cake! How does it taste? Did she use fondant?

Also happy birthday! I hope you got amazing gifts and, looking at the cake, might you have gotten Windwaker HD?

Thanks, my birthday has been great. The cake tastes awesome too. It's a sponge cake with icing and jam.

I didn't get Windwaker HD, as it isn't out till 4th October here. We're both (im)patiently awaiting its release

Those cakes are worth me entire PS3 collection imo (but my woman should never dare get close to my SNES/Mega Drive games. The cartridges are here to stay

When your girlfriend gave you the cake, did you hold it above your head with both hands?
