Yeah, I woke up this morning wondering where my long sleeve shirts were. I am betting that in Houston, you've the added benefit of the humidity dropping to something bearable.KitKatCara wrote:I love the weather change. I like hot, but this is my second favorite season. Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

I haven't noticed the humidity drop, but I'm sure it has. My home town is pretty much the same kind of weather, just a little more rain and less concrete structures to bounce the heat back at you.Flake wrote:Yeah, I woke up this morning wondering where my long sleeve shirts were. I'm here for your body.

I've driven through Houston a few times and I've always been amazed at how humid it gets - and I say that as someone that has spent time in Vietnam and the Philippines. Not a bad town but I'd never make it.

Pre-med? Gotta say, I love the irony of having to study the heart and its parts when you want to play a game where you collect the parts of hearts.BogusMeatFactory wrote:Have had to spend this entire weekend studying the heart and the multitude of its parts, because I have to take the test on it a few days early. Also trying to wrap my brain around physics.
On the plus side, I am taking advantage of the study groups and tutors that the school is providing for the class. It may be an uphill battle, but I am sure I will win in the end!
I want to play Wind Waker HD so bad right now but can't!!! Have to study!!!!!

I'm going into Sonography/Ultrasounds. I am almost done with my prerequisites. I just have anatomy II and physics I and I will be ready to enter the program. I can not tell you how much I am chomping at the bit to finish the basics. My eagerness to finish this stuff also might be a result of burning out with a 16 credit hour summer. Getting 2 pairs of classes crammed into 7 weeks will do that to ya.Flake wrote:Pre-med? I have lived in Texas all my life, but still dislike the heat. I like the weather in the 50s. It is nowhere near long sleeve weather yet.

Feeling good in KS lately too.
The problem with KS though is that it gets so muggy. So it always feels like an extra 10+ degrees here compared to whatever it says. A friend of mine took a vacation to Colorado and couldn't believe how clear the air felt there in comparison.
Went this entire summer in a black car with no AC too. It was intense. I definitely don't think I'm doing that again next year, haha...

Nice crisp beautiful fall weather in Maine right now!!!
I couldn't figure out if I was hot or cold all day though.

Same thing here. Fall is BY FAR my favorite season, and all week is supposed to look and feel like this. It'll be even better when the fall colors come inBoneSnapDeez wrote:Nice crisp beautiful fall weather in Maine right now!!!

Here's some pics I took around the property this morning before lunch and football. Because, why not?
