Here's a list of the DC's great exclusives that i can think off, not released anywere els (arcades are an exception):
Virtua Fighter 3tb
Elemental Gear Gimmick
Cannon Spike
Daytona USA 2001
Project Justice
Shenmue I
Bomberman Online ( forget the 'Online' thing, you can play the multitude of great modes with friends locally just fine, it's a fantastic party game)
Sword of the Berserk: Gut's Rage
Zero Gunner 2
Confidential Mission
4-Wheel Thunder
Tech Romancer
Mars Matrix: Hyper Solid Shooting
Giga Wing I & II
Now here's a list of great games superior on the DC only:
Soul Calibur (exclusive mission mode, basically the entire single player portion)
Bangai-O (vastly superior compared to the N64 game, and a different game than the XBLA port)
Test Drive Le Mans (the PS2 port has far lower quality textures and worse jaggies. The PC version is a port of the PS1 version, both being graphically inferior in a dramatic way.
Marvel vs. Capcom 2 (basically arcade perfect, PSN/XBLA has slight input lag, and the PS2/Xbox versions are pathetic, to say the least)
Gunlord (fantastic 2D action platformer, and i don't know about you, but the DC version is infinitely cheaper - around 40$ - than the sole other version - Neo Geo - which is like 400 freakin' bucks, and that's a major pro for me)
Which of these DC games can't be played via other means?

it's worth noting that the PC version of Grandia II is the best version of that game i've played in terms of load times and graphics. but that's just me.

Toy Commander!
I am buying all Saturn games, PM me with your offerings and I will let you know if I need the game or not! (Everything must be CIB)
Currently trying to knock off all the sports games, would like to get them <$5 each! Of course if you would like to donate them I will gladly pay the shipping!

I doubt a casual fan of the game is going to notice...anonymous1980 wrote:Marvel vs. Capcom 2 (basically arcade perfect, PSN/XBLA has slight input lag, and the PS2/Xbox versions are pathetic, to say the least)
...also, I am a casual fan of the game (own/play 4 different versions) and never really notice anything that detracts from the fun. I'm only half sarcastic here, as I really like the series, but play pretty lightly.
I play on the PS2 and PS3 most often and have no criticisms on either.
Although I first started on the Dreamcast, I try to save the system for more exclusive releases these days.
The 1st MvC still gets my respect on DC, especially when you can permanently unlock the special versions of certain characters.
...just another lost soul...
