You must live somewhere that doesn't have any good Italian food. Olive Garden is horrible shit dressed in fancy clothes.

And BigMacs are the best hamburgers every made.

Jesus Christ I know I have more cooking experience than most....well probably all of you, but yikes. olive garden still serves cooked frozen lasagna, alfredo sauce from a can, and bread sticks covered in a margarine garlic salt concoction. It's cheap as fuck for a reason, and that reason is that it's cheap crap that my dog could probably cook.

The only thing magical about olive garden is that it is still in business and rubes continue to eat there and think they are eating "Italian Food". You are eating over priced fast food. Hey, but if you like it, you like it. Myself, I'd rather spend $4.00 on a homemade crimini ragu.

It's like I always say: Red Lobster is like the Olive Garden of Italian food.

It's not the real thing, but Olive Garden is a better than average restaurant, especially those (in my area) with a similar price range. I always enjoy my food there, even if it's nothing special.

Sure, I can make a better meal myself, but it's worlds above stuff like Taco Bell that will make you physically ill. I won't complain if someone else is paying.

Yeah Buzzfeed is the worst.

They also rely heavily on the "nostalgia = automatically funny" brand of humor way too often.

"Does anyone here remember playing with Ninja Turtles action figures?!?!" is not a joke.
is there some sort of a book that categories humor and explain the different jokes? I can swear TV-Shows/Movies writers got some sort of a formula or a guide book to make these jokes because I can see a pattern really. In fact you can tell of the pattern because the same group of writers(or actors) if they move on to some other show or network, they still produce the same kind of humor.

I can say the same for other themes or genres. There is definitely a guideline Horror movies follow, and so does actions, drama, and all other genres. I am sure you can study these or it has been researched I just don't know where.

True story about The Olive Garden. I worked at the one in my hometown during High School and I was in the prep area with a co-worker when he bet me $20 to piss in the alfredo sauce that was being made while the prep guy wasn't there. I obviously refused and went to the cooler to make salad bins. When I came out he was propped up on a box pissing in the barrel of alfredo and mixing it in with the ladle telling me I owed him $20 though we never shook on it. I was in awe but went about my business and he later got fired for different reasons and I quit soon afterwards. At the time I was a dumb pot-head high school kid and actually found it kindof funny which is why I didn't say anything because he was a friend and would've been totally screwed. But yeah. There's chain restaraunts for you.

I just don't want to study today.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?
