Goddamn, really? That game is awful. Beyond awful. It's the dullest game I've ever played by a considerable margin.

The game might suck, but you got to admit that the premise is great.

I like EVO. It's one of the first games I played on an emulator back in high school because I could never find a physical cart.

The concept is great, but the controls are a bit too stiff. I'd like to see a remake with some improvements, but I'm pretty sure the developer is long gone.

Tried adjusting anything? Fairly common that tweaking the FoV to suit the monitor/viewing distance can alleviate it.

Sometimes the bob and weave affects people too. See if there's an option for that. Sometimes it might be only adjustable manually in an INI file if you're playing a PC game.
