What's the most effective and cheapest ways to send games through the mail?
I've sent boxes of games before or ps2/xbox games but psone games I'm afraid of just dropping them into a padded envolope like I would a ps2 game.
Also SNES games with boxes?
Multi Cd PSone cases?

The link above will take you to some great Priority Mail Media Boxes that are perfect for shipping games in. These ones are great for almost every system. I even ship Sega Saturn games in them and have had only one problem thus far.
With games that have boxes such as SNES I usually just wrap them in bubblewrap and place them in one of the boxes above and they always arrive safely. The boxes are very solid and will prevent damage to the game. I can't tell you how many times I've had games arrived damaged because people carelessly threw them in a bubble mailer.
The best part about the boxes above is that the USPS will deliver them to your home for free. Also if you want to send the package first class mail instead of Priority you can simply wrap the package in butcher block paper and you're good to go.

The boxes are good for carts and cardboard boxes. I've found the bubble mailers work just fine for DVD cases and Saturn/Sega CD cases. This is all from the perspective of someone who's purchased ~20 games online in the past two months.

Yeah, the cost of postage is included in the price for the box. The commercial carriers have similar boxes and envelopes you can ship for the flat rate that's included in the purchase price.

That's not accurate information. There is no postage cost associated with the box in the link, as its free.
