He contacted me a few months short of a year ago saying he had some magazines he would like to sell, but he would prefer not to ship them. He was in Ohio, so it wasn't too far a drive, but I told him I would have to wait until Spring Break when I came downstate to pick them up. I noticed when I messaged him, it took him at least a week to respond, so I was reasonably wary of his reliability. I attempted to contact him when break finally arrived, but I didn't hear back from him until I left back for college. He said he would then hold them until summer, if need be. When summer finally came, I tried on multiple occasions to contact him, and occasionally got a weak non-answer, and eventually got him to agree to ship the magazines if I could pick out a very small number of issues. After getting everything sorted out, he just needed to get the price quote for shipping. A week or two after he was supposed to do this, he said he was considering selling them to a local shop instead. I told him we had a deal, and he said he would still get the shipping quote. I haven't heard back from him since.

tl;dr: LoneCynic jerked me around for 3/4s of a year on a transaction, and eventually sold the items I had agreed to buy to someone else, and bailed.

I hate to be picky about this, but technically that shouldn't be a -1 as no transaction was actually conducted. I totally understand where you are coming from and I've had the same thing happen to me with people, but it doesn't fit the criteria as "transaction feedback"
