I know but I don't know why they even bothered putting one in if they weren't* going to put any effort into it.

Basically the story is crap from the get go and in the last hour they shove the crap of all craps down your throat. There is no real conclusion war is still imminent, the conspiracy has achieved its desired outcome, the main bad guy is no where to be found, and your entire effort is pretty much made completely pointless by the last events which occur on the space station/weapon.
Basically they left the ending wide open for a sequel which unless some miracle occurs will never and should never happen. The universe and characters are so poorly written and developed that this game has reserved a space near the top of my worst game stories ever list.

Attacks were all ranged and there was a nice mixture of the two differing genres. The game only took me $3.75 to beat and I found it to be pretty easy. I have to say though that the game is incredibly strange. Never really knowing anything about the universe, playing a strange mixture of Flash Gordon-esque sci-fi and anthropomorphic saturday morning cartoon show was a weird twist. It had full voices and was very enjoyable!
