Re: RPG Progress Report
didn't get a chance to play last night, but I did notice something surprising. Apparently the Steam version did not include a digital manual... unless I'm just missing it.
Re: RPG Progress Report
Diablo 3 (PS3) progress: Demon Hunter (Katja-tan) lvl16. Playing on normal (hard) right now. Normal difficulty. Hard monster power. Just completed Act 1. It's gonna take a while before we get to inferno. My friend has a barbarian at level 15. And maybe we will get a few more friends playing this weekend.
Atelier Totori Plus (Vita) progress: lvl11. About to upgrade my adventurer license from glass to whatever is next. Very fun so far. I feel like I am pacing myself better this time compared to when I first played the game on PS3.
Xillia: stalled
P3P: stalled for now

Yeah PDS does look pretty shoddy......Menegrothx wrote:Rather that than PDS style full 3D, where the whole game looks like ass rather than just your character. They noticeably improved the character models in FF VIII.BoneSnapDeez wrote: Not to mention that the contrast between your characters and the environment looks quite jarring.
There are some pretty nice looking 5th-gen RPGs though, like Magic Knight Rayearth, Albert Odyssey, and Ogre Battle 64.
Back to the Progress Report - I'm not playing anything until Planescape: Torment on the 11th.

It's not in the right click menu? The other place it might be is in the game directory itself.noiseredux wrote:didn't get a chance to play last night, but I did notice something surprising. Apparently the Steam version did not include a digital manual... unless I'm just missing it.

I'll have to look around. I may have missed it. Just seemed with other games in my library if I click on the title the screen that comes up with all the options and launcher and everything usually lists the manual there. So I figured it just was included.MrPopo wrote:It's not in the right click menu? Re: RPG Progress Report
late to the discussion, but I have played every Dragon Age game and expansion/DLC only on the PS3 and found them to be an absolute blast. I had no control difficulties, only minor bugginess, and found the combat and tactics mix to be sublime. So yeah, stick with it!

...haven't touched FF7 since. Why do I always get so bored with this game? I don't really want to quit. Especially since I haven't even made it to Shinra Tower yet. Sigh. Someone remind me, where the heck do I want to go next?noiseredux wrote:FF7...
Alright so I think I'm around LVL12 right now. We made it through the slums, fought the that took off in a helicopter w/ kidnapped Aeris, and swung our way out of there before the ceiling came crumbling down.
