Interesting. I haven't played any Atari ST games so I can't comment on it, but it looks pretty solid.

Rick Dangerous 2 is an ok game. Rick Dangerous 1, although I actually personally like it, isn't such a great game. The only real way to progress in RD1 (unless you are looking at a guide or something) is to die hundreds of times, memorize where the traps are, and avoid them the next time you go through.

RD2 greatly reduced the memorization required, and toned down the difficulty a bit too, so it ended up much more enjoyable IMO. There are still some parts where you get a cheap shot, but in some cases you can actually sort of guess where one of those is going to happen.
