What was the last movie you've seen?

The game is truly one of the best "movie games" ever made. This game is the reason I am a Starbreeze fan and buy all of their games and I'm never disappointed. The Darkness and Syndicate (multiplayer co-op) are fantastic and I'm dying to pick up Two Brothers.

Change this from two to three and you've got me to a T.

$5.00? Even the matinees around here cost around $7.50.

I agree. I just picked up Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena (PS3), and while I have read that the sequel is nowhere near as good as Escape from Butcher Bay, the inclusion of an HD version of the original on the same disc was impossible to resist.

I am also excited about Brothers, and I read a fantastic review of it here:

http://gameological.com/2013/08/review- ... -two-sons/

Based on experience with the developer and - as someone who is very close to his younger brother - based on this review, I will very likely pick it up when it is released for the PS3.

It looks like they are going back to the horror/suspense style like they did in Pitch Black with Riddick.
I'm all kinds of excited. Both Pitch Black and Chronicles of Riddick were fantastic movies. Great special effects, intense action, and good characters.

I am kind of disappointed they're going back to the horror focus, because I enjoyed Chronicles of Riddick MUCH more. I REALLY hope that doesn't mean they're just gonna ignore how Chronicles of Riddick ended, though. He had just become the leader of imperialistic army of supernatural warriors.

Our older theater has a $2.00 price, and it's only $1.00 for the first showing. But they generally show movies that have been through the main, $8 theater already.

Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons was developed by Starbreeze, the company that developed both Chronicles of Riddick games.

Nice! That game looks really good as well. If you've not heard of Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons yet, you should check it out, looks amazing. Only XBLA at the moment I think though.

Back on topic: I just realized actually that I'll be in San Diego next week and should have time for a movie or two, since I will be sans kiddos. Maybe Riddick and Kick Ass 2.
