Getting to talk to your fellow gaming fanatics about how excited you are for the release. It's to speculate and discuss with your fellow gaming brethren.
I understand what you're saying but for 4-5 days in November is just crazy. Not to mention skipping Thanksgiving. I wouldn't be able to camp out in the California November temperatures. I can't imagine what it must be like in the snowy states. I guarantee that when I get to the PS4 pick-up (around store opening) I'll still have to wait an hour plus, which for me, is a great amount of time to socialize w/ fellow gamers.

That shall be it then. Was leaning more towards it than the others, after finishing up Metal Gear Rising... I'm ready for more Platinum Games insanity.

I would have said inFamous, but that game moves sort of slow and takes some time to get into. Which you should probably play when you're done with Vanquish :D

PS2, special edition (JP only) of Rez.

The game was designed to almost be synesthasia, so they decided to not only have the normal aural and visual aspect, but to add a tactile aspect too.

Of course, the fact that that tactile aspect was an oblong smooth plastic thing that vibrated... well... yeah.
No I mean there's another freaky Japanese game that came with a vibe. It was a hentai or something game...maybe it was just anime with a lot of panty shots or something.

I'm going to stop using the word "gameplay" in most cases.

It's a stupid word, and it sounds stupid to someone who hasn't already gotten used to gaming lingo. Why?

"This book is well-printed, but it has terrible bookread."

"I love this movie. Its moviewatch is really nuanced and polished."

This word is so broad that it doesn't mean anything. When talking about games, I think we should say exactly what we mean. We would have better discussions and better reviews with more specific information.

Saying "Online gameplay is available" does make sense - the word isn't completely useless, but I'd rather that most of us strike it from our vocabulary.

I'd normally say Jak and Daxter or Infamous, but since you just came off a long game I'll suggest Sly Cooper and the Thieveous Racoonous. Infamous is an open world game and completing the missions to get the Power Cell in Jak and Daxter can be time consuming. There's a bit to collect in Sly as well, but I was able to get through the main game in a decent amount of time.

I can't see myself talking about a game without saying this word. My mother language is not english and i still use this word!

I have some money saved and i wanted to buy some games... but now i don't want to spend that money because i know it will be a bit hard to get that amount again... why i can't get 5 games for 50$ ?

Then, when you talk about "gameplay," what do you mean?

I know the feeling! You can get more than 5 games for $50, but not the ones you're looking for...

Oh rly? Yeah I had never heard of anything except for the JP SE of Rez, but I'd believe it.
