Well all of my loose cards fit in one small folding box. Obviously you could use cardpages and put them in a binder like some do with GB carts. I'm not sure offhand if they'd fit in the regular 9 card pages or if you'd need a different style.

They fit in the regular 9 card pages just fine. That's how I store mine.
