The notoriously hard Ghouls N Ghosts! I actually really like this game, the Sega Genesis version seems to be a little easier, could be me though. But you do have infinite continues so as long as you're willing to keep playing there is no game overs.

That game is really fun spent many quarters on the arcade version when I was a kid.
