So envious of Clock Tower...

This is the only thing I've found at the thrift stores lately:

Street Fighter 2 Plug n Play (plus Ghouls n' Ghosts) - $3

Quite surprised to find this with the box and the instructions. It also works better than I expected. I was having a pretty good time sitting in front of thrift store televisions

Nice find! But speaking of Ghouls n' Ghosts...

I bought a Master System lot off eBay for $80 shipped (not a spectacular deal but I was happy with it). It came with 2 controllers, a Phaser and 9 games. That was one of them. I had a heck of a time beating it just now.

I went out with some friends today to check out a retro store we haven't been to before. I decided to take some odds-and-ends I picked up at thrift stores/yard sales and flip it into more wanted stuff. I brought with me:

CIB Intellivision Math Fun & Word Fun (boxes not in the best shape)
CIB PS1 Dino Crisis
GBC Tarzan
GB Jurassic Park
Game Gear Sonic 2, Sonic Spinball, Super Columns
Unknown 3rd Party made original Gameboy carrying case
SNES sealed new Jeopordy Deluxe

I paid about $10 in all for the above items over the course of the summer IIRC. Traded the above in and kicked in $10 to pick up:

Been pretty dry lately, but went out on a game hunting trip with the family and Hobie today and this is what I pulled in.

The lot below was from one guy off craigslist. He has put a very generic and nondescript ad. After chatting with him and digging, he offered me all this below for $100.

The PS2 disc tray is broken, the front of it is missing, but it turns on. Many of the cases arent in good shape, so it will take some cleaning and testing.

We also stopped by a game store we dont go to often because it is far, but happened to be nearby my pickup. We also stopped by a local reseller in the area and I got these NES games from both for $62 total:

Hobie picked up something really cool from the retro game store that he will probably share as well.

holy wow. Any chance you're not hanging on to Clock Tower? I got rid of my copy a while back because the manual was missing and it drove me nuts and I could never find a replacement manual. :|

Ok ok fine. I didn't get some super deal, but the game wasn't released here in the US so it is harder to find and it's been on my want list for some time. Happy to check it off finally.

Not sure... When I saw it I knew it was a game that was worth grabbing at that price, but that's the extent of my knowledge of it. Not a huge horror genre guy. Gonna give it a spin though. So at the moment it's on my shelf with the collection. But I may put it up later this fall.
