Well then just play it in an emulator, and it doesnt go for 200+, its around 150 now.

Couldn't you say that about alot of retro RPG's? Just pressing A?

The complaint that a legit copy of Earthbound is too expensive will start to lose its validity once the Wii U starts becoming cheaper and more common. VC is your friend, my fellow cheapskates.

HAHAHAHA!!!!!!

Oh you wern't joking. Yeah no...if I hated the Wii which I still do and the only reason I have access to one is because my mom bought it and never plays it...i'm not going to spend X amount on a Wii U which is even worse then the Wii because it has a freaking tablet.

Christ what is it with Nintendo and crappy controllers now. Go back to the good controllers of old...like the Gamecube or the N64 (say what you will about it, I still think it is the best controller out there, second to the PS2 controller) or SNES.

Besides the fact I have never hooked up a new gen console to the web...so if it's not on a disk...I won't play it...Why? Because I dislike the idea of having a console hooked into the web and I like feeling a game in my hands.

Also I didn't know that Earthbound dropped again...I might need to snag one quick.

Oh idk...bad day I guess...hurt my head and arm when a window fell on me. But I really hate the way Nintendo started to go after the N64. The Gamecube was...ok but nothing beats the N64 and before. The Wii just seemed so gimmicy and aimed at familys and old people. Same with the DS aimed at kids.

I dislike the DS and Wii for many reasons, the DS i'm starting to hate less because I found out how many good games are on it...currently i'm trying to get a small collection of "good" games on it. The Wii will always be hated by me though, same goes for the Xbox but for different reasons.

I suppose some people like to complain and will continue to do so no matter what alternative you give them.

So I'll just go with the flow... Earthbound is a terrible game. Please stay out of the market for SNES cartridges so the rest of us can afford them and keep drinking your post-N64 Haterade. Good grief.

Prices of games like chrono trigger and super mario RPG are still a bit high even after re-releases in other consoles.

I have a massive Wii library full of amazing third party games that I got next to nothing thanks to so many people being misinformed about the console. I feel sorry for those people when later the Wii is "rediscovered" they will have to pay high prices for many of those games.

I saw a good post about third party Wii games here actually:

The big one that comes to mind for me is Chrono Trigger.

I've tried playing it, but for some reason I find it really hard to get into. The opening seems pretty slow, and there's nothing that's grabbed my interest and made me want to continue on. :(
