Playstation Vita thread
Re: Playstation Vita thread
Meh I don't have a problem with using it in public, I do have a problem with finding where to store it. Once you put those grips on you can't put it in a traditional case.

I have to say that the is one of the most solidly built portables I've had in a long time.. The 3DS XL is very well designed in its own right..

Broken Sword: The Serpent's Curse is coming for Vita!!! I already backed this so I'll probably just play it on PC, still this is very awesome.

Re: Playstation Vita thread
Well, it's settled. Selling my Miku Vita on eBay starting at 1¢ and buying a new regular Vita for $200.
I'm going to miss it. To be honest, I don't know why I got it in the first place. I love Project DIVA, but I soon realized how much I would need to baby that device to keep it in perfect shape.
Spent too much time worrying about the resale value on it and trying to make sure it never got scratched when I used it outside my home.
Now when I go back to the regular black Vita I can take care of it but not really be too concerned about whether I accidentally bump into something once in a while. Because of the much lower value and lack of special art/exclusiveness of it, I just get to go back to not caring too much about a potential scuff or two.

Well, I'm the first bidder, but there's absolutely no chance I'll win.
I can't believe you're parting with it, though. It's such a nice piece. I don't think I'd be able to get rid of something like that! Definitely understand being afraid to scratch it, though. Standard models are just fine by me.

Having never heard about this, I looked it up to get an idea of what they sell for, and I saw a completed BIN for $1200! are these really that rare? What price are you hoping to get out of it?ZenErik wrote:Well, it's settled. Selling my Miku Vita on eBay starting at 1¢ and buying a new regular Vita for $200.

Re: Playstation Vita thread
Those BINs are ridiculous. I was able to score one for $400. If I make anywhere around that I'll be happy. If I make more then I'll be shocked and even happier.
Re: Playstation Vita thread
well based on my quick search you should blow right through $400.ZenErik wrote:Those BINs are ridiculous. I was able to score one for $400. If I make anywhere around that I'll be happy. If I make more then I'll be shocked and even happier.

Id almost say wait til Black Friday. Not too far away. I was able to score that $180 white Assassins Creed Bundle last year. I imagine the BF deals this year may be even better. I wouldnt be surprised at some PS4 and Vita bundles as wellZenErik wrote:Those BINs are ridiculous. I was able to score one for $400. If I make anywhere around that I'll be happy. Re: Playstation Vita thread
Not necessarily true. One BIN completed at $1200, but I saw completed listings for $900 that didn't sell. Honestly, I'm not going to be unrealistic. Especially since I am doing an auction w/ no reserve and explicitly state that the item may not be 100% cosmetically perfect. It's definitely in great shape.. I just don't even want to deal with the potential hassles of selling it to someone that may have set their expectations too high. It isn't new. And no returns.jay_red wrote:well based on my quick search you should blow right through $400.ZenErik wrote:Those BINs are ridiculous. I was able to score one for $400. I'm pretty happy w/ my PS4 pre-order through Amazon. But it'll definitely be interesting to see what sort of PS4/Vita bundles there may be. I wonder if Sony would consider selling them together. Maybe for $550 and a year or PS+ or something. That'd be a nice package.Jmustang1968 wrote: Id almost say wait til Black Friday. Not too far away.
