Good Deal?

Post by DaGamingMonkey »

Just got this off of craigslist. Mario RPG and the donkey kong games sold me on it the rest was just bonus.
Just about all of them complete with instructions box etc.

119$

- Super Nintendo Video Game Console
- 2 Controllers
- AC Cable
- Video Cables
-RF switch

- Super Mario World

- Super Mario RPG (In box Complete) He said he got this from blockbuster a long time back. The manual shows A LOT of wear (water damage, clear tape, all pages accounted for though) thanks to all the people who rented it. It also has the lovely rental stickers on the cartridge but all the inserts.
It's funny because all of the other games are Mint just about and the one I was most excited about ended up being the worse condition in comparison.

- Mega Man X (In box Complete)
- Yoshi's Island (In box Complete)
- Super Mario All-stars Including Players Guide
- Super Gameboy (In box Complete)
- Aladdin (In box Complete)
- Tony Menola's Sidekicks (Soccer) (In box Complete)
- Vegas Stakes (In box Complete)
- Inspector Gadget (In box Complete)
- Ken Griffey Jr. Baseball (In box Complete)
- The Rocketeer (In box Complete)
- Donkey Kong Country (In box Complete)
- Donkey Kong Country 2 (In box Complete) Including Players Guide
- Donkey Kong Country 3 (In box Complete)

Your thoughts?
Also do we have a thread somewhere that's just
"Rate my buy?"
I've been buying a lot of things and doing garage sales would love a place where I can get feedback. I don't want to make a new thread every time.

Considering how much some of these things go for on their own? Great deal, man. Great deal.

I'd say it's a fair deal for you definetely. You have alot of good games that you'll enjoy.

If you price it out everything there is worth about $185 by my estimates. Super Mario RPG isn't worth nearly as much as it was before it hit WiiWare, plus in the condition you described it would probably sell for about $35. Near Mint copies are going for between $40-$50 right now on eBay.

I agree. Fair deal. Not good, not bad, so you should be content with it.

I didn't pay attention to the consoles condition seeing as I have 2 snes already but looking at it now.

No yellowing
out of 10
10 being right out of box on christmas morning
I'd have to give it a 9 easy

This guy took great care of his games/consoles
he was selling a n64 lot I'll need to look into it.
