And? The new Shelby Mustangs are breaking 600 horses. You can't fairly compare the speed of a Goat and a car that's only been around for about six years.

There actually is a video on Youtube of a Shelby vs an Evo. The Shelby just barley won. Imports/Tuners vs Muscle is apples to oranges. They both excel in their own category's. There is one thing one thing we can agree on...screw ricers! Like the ones below.

Re: What car do you drive?
I love my Z32. I like our Mustang. There's really nothing wrong with newer American cars or many older ones. I can name plenty of awesome and plenty of shitty cars from all major regions from all time periods.
What do I know though. I was and still am one of the nuts that couldn't care less about 1/4 mile times, luxery, or skidpad numbers as long as the car is inspiring in some way. My next car will likely be a BRZ or another Miata. Maybe even a Fiesta ST since Ford seems to be on a roll with making excellent machines as of late and I've been a sucker for hot hatches ever since I had the wonderful experience of driving an 05 Mini Cooper S for a year then an 09 MazdaSpeed3 for another 2. (It's nice having a motorhead family)
On the rice thing. No, I don't like it. I wouldn't do it. If somebody puts a lot of effort and money into making a slammed show-car Civic with a unique paint job then all power to them.

Oxymoron you do this often where you make a comparison, someone calls you out on it and then you respond with the 'you can't compare them, they are different' when you were the one who started the comparison.
The GTR is also nearly 100k, so a car most people will never own or drive.

You should consider a WRX if your into the BRZ.

He didn't call me out. He in no way can prove that Muscle cars are better than Imports/tuners. The only way he can call me out is by proving with numbers and math that muscle cars are better. Which isn't really possible since it's a opinion.Jmustang1968 wrote:Oxymoron you do this often where you make a comparison, someone calls you out on it and then you respond with the 'you can't compare them, they are different' when you were the one who started the comparison.

That blue abomination with crooked license plate and hovercraft ground effects looks laughably bad.

No I shouldn't because they are extremely different cars. My best bud owns one. Not even close.oxymoron wrote: You should consider a WRX if your into the BRZ.

I meant brand wise. You were interested in Subaru's so I suggested one. Do you like the Genesis coupe?RyaNtheSlayA wrote:No I shouldn't because they are extremely different cars. My best bud owns one. Not even close.oxymoron wrote: You should consider a WRX if your into the BRZ.

I don't care about brands. Didn't say I liked Subarus either. I just like the BRZ.
