Breaking Bad Season 3 Starts Tonight
Re: Breaking Bad Season 3 Starts Tonight
Yup, she's definitely a domino.
Re: Breaking Bad Season 3 Starts Tonight
I would say having a gang of white supremacists running Walt's old business will not lead to good things.
Did you guys notice the green beans with almonds on the table on Talking Bad?

Let strength be granted, so the world might be mended...so the world might be mended.

I thought it was bizarre how Skyler all of a sudden stopped hating Walt so much.

This is TMZ's run-in with Aaron Paul on the streets of LA. This contains possible spoilers though.

I think him giving up the criminal life was key. She hated Walter White the criminal...and suddenly he stopped being thatjfrost wrote:I thought it was bizarre how Skyler all of a sudden stopped hating Walt so much.
Keep in mind, he stopped being a criminal WHEN SHE ASKED HIM TO.
Also, family is key to Skyler. Notice Marie and Hank don't seem to care about the concept of "family". It's amazing how quickly they turned on Walter without hesitation and haven't even considered how outing him would affect Skyler's kids. That's why she chose a side. At least Walter is consistent about the "family" thing. He cares about his kids. Notice too that he wouldn't even consider Saul's idea of killing Hank because he's family yet Hank is chomping at the bit to ruin what's left of his brother in law's life. That was a big focus of the episode, Walt's obsession with family, possibly the only redeeming quality he still has

I've seen Bill Bur's stand up, and he's hilarious. So I like seeing him on this show. It's actually a show that very much fits his effed up personalityoxymoron wrote:Have you seen his stand-up?

Fascinating thing I've noticed from some podcasts I have listened to, a lot of people are siding with Walt/Skyler in this conflict. In fact, I'm not sure if Gilligan is succeeding in making everyone hate Walt going into this final stretch of episodes. A lot of people are cheering that Skylar is on his side now
I think he's built up Heisenberg as such a badass that a lot of viewers love him, in spite of everything he's done. When you have Saul's lackeys decide not to steal Walt's money because he, "had ten guys murdered in 2 minutes" it makes viewers think, "Walt's a badass!". Same thing with the, "Hello Carol" scene in the flash forward
Some people like badass villains
