Games you've always wanted to play but just never got to

What are some great titles that you've maybe heard about a dozen times and really, really want to play but for some reason or another have just never quite gotten the opportunity. Maybe it's a rare game you can't get a copy of, maybe you just keep getting distracted by newer games, or maybe it's just buried under a huge backlog. Whatever the reason, list those games you are determined to finally play one of these days by any means necessary. Pick one or two for every system if you want. Here's some of mine:

Sega CD-Sonic CD-I'm kind of stubborn about this one as I really want to play the original on an actual Sega CD for the full retro experience, but it's hard to find a cheap, working Sega CD.

Neo Geo-Sengoku III-I'm a beat'em up fan and this looks amazing. Given how expensive Neo Geo gaming is, I may just have to settle for an emulator at some point. I don't know what Neo Geo emulators are good though. Plus, I have never found a PC gamepad that feels right for beat'em ups or fighters.

Genesis-Ristar,Alien Soldier, Dynamite Headdy and Panarama Cotton are Genesis games I really want to play one day. I also want to get a copy of the original Shinobi(the one with Spider-Man in it)and actually beat that game. For some damn reason I want to finish Michael Jackson's Moonwalker too. I need to buy a copy one of these days

Dreamcast-I have to buy that damn Cannon Spike and play it at some point.

Saturn-I've played Radiant Silvergun(own it), I've played Psychic Killer Taramaru(tried an iso), but I have not yet played that other Saturn Holy Grail. Panzer Dragoon Saga

the castlevania games. i've played 4 & bloodlines but i've never really immerssed myself in them.

I'd agree with Castlevania, but there are random titles mixed throughout the series I have experience with.

Sadly, I really want to play D...but I'm hesitant to put it in my Saturn. I don't know why I keep putting it off but I do.

I kinda want to play some SHMUPS but I have no idea where to start.

Ditto here! And I'd like to play also: D, D2, The Pandora Directive (hasn't finished UAKM), Monkey Island 1 & 2 (waiting for fan talkies), Syndicate Wars (waiting for a remake), Policenauts (translation patch), Deus Ex (hi-res patch)...
