Fuck yeah, Oblivion!
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Scott Pilgrim vs. The World is an incredibly creative and fun movie that every fan of video games should enjoy. Some people don't care for it, but I loved every minute of it.oxymoron wrote:What are some good Michael Cera movies?
Superbad is a fun gross-out comedy. Michael Cera doesn't steal the show, but it has a lot of laugh-out-loud moments.

Superbad also kinda reminds me of how after its release, I just watched as so many fangirls came forth to proclaim how the practically want to bone Christopher Mintz-Plasse.prfsnl_gmr wrote:Scott Pilgrim vs. The World is an incredibly creative and fun movie that every fan of video games should enjoy. IMDB search "Jonah Hill".oxymoron wrote:What are some good Michael Cera movies?
Cera is great at what he does with his one dimensional performance, but he is also not the nicest guy (not judged only by that youtube rant clip he did on set).
If you can stomach Diablo's dialogue, JUNO is actually a special movie that features Cera, as Cera of course. It doesn't make up for all the "TEEN MOM" crap that's been going on for years, but it is an honest Hollywood depiction.
JUNO also explores youth, and different forms of it. 30-something guy living the dream wants to be young again, while a teenager living anything but the dream strives to be an adult. The story is very well told and with piercing precision.
Diablo Cody's writing style is open to criticism. I'm not a huge fan of her 2012 New Valley High quirkiness, but she was able to make you care for the characters and kept things interesting.

A Midnight Clear
An enchanting adaptation of an unusual WWII novel. A strong cast and an assorted mellow score make it quite worthwhile.

I've seen Juno before. It's kind of a oxymoron(hehe) that I like Juno and hate Teen Mom. I feel like that show does more damage then help. That's from a teens prospective.Luke wrote:IMDB search "Jonah Hill".oxymoron wrote:What are some good Michael Cera movies?
